Here at The Circuit we present many ways of adding variety to your workout so you never become bored and continue to achieve results over the long run. We offer most of the traditional equipment you find in regulars gyms as well as some non-traditional pieces geared specifically to the unique needs and interests of women:
Hydraulic Equipment: Ideal for those who are recovering from injuries, prone to injuries, or anyone looking for muscle toning and weight loss. Hydraulic systems are safer than stacked weights as there is no chance of improper lifting or over lifting your weight. The harder and faster you use the equipment, the more effective your workout will be. Hydraulic systems do not require spotters and will help raise your metabolism.
Stacked Weight Machines: For the more serious bodybuilder, or long-term weight lifter. Stacked weight machines are more common than hydraulic machines and are found in most traditional fitness centers. They have an integrated weight stack that provides resistance for an exercise; you select the desired resistance by moving a selector pin in the stack.
Cardio Equipment: If you’re objective is to burn calories, shed weight and improve heart health, our cardio equipment will get you there. Equipment like treadmills, elliptical trainers, rowers and stationary cycling machines are excellent for burning calories and improving your overall fitness.
Personal Acceleration Training (vibration): Reap all the benefits with ease and in just a fraction of the time (in fact, all you need is 15 minutes….really!). Benefits include improved flexibility, circulation, bone density, balance, weight loss, cellulite reduction and hormonal balance… to name a few.
Inversion Table:Unlike surgery, mechanical traction, and other invasive forms of treatment, this is a gentle, passive way to target pain at the source and care for all weight-bearing joints. Decompression creates an ideal stretch that improves spinal health and targets back pain by helping to 1) re-hydrate discs, 2) reduce nerve pressure, 3) realign the spine and 4) relax tense muscles. Best of all, decompressing on a table takes only a few minutes and feels great!
