Circuit Level 1: Designed for all fitness levels. A complete aerobic, plus total-body resistance training program that allows each woman to progress at her own pace. 30 minute workout, 3 times a week for toning and weight loss.

This 30-minute series of high-intensity intervals is a combination of exercises performed on our hydraulic strength equipment and functional exercises completed in between machines.

 Personal Acceleration Training and Therapy

When you don’t have time for a regular workout Accelerated Training allows you to reap all the benefits with ease and in just a fraction of the time.Vibration training is a relatively recent innovation that is currently being used both for rehabilitation purposes and by elite athletes to fine vibration-plate-reviewstune their conditioning. Whole body vibration involves standing or exercising on a vibrating platform. Our custom Circuit workout program is the perfect solution for seniors looking to safely and effectively exercise and get cardio, functional strength, and joint range-of-motion benefits.

The Circuit is building a health and fitness community for teenage girls, beginning with Perfectly women-3-exercisefun1Imperfect – a program for teenage girls ages 13-17 to feel heard, supported, empowered, enlightened, and cherished by each other and the community around them.  Girls of any fitness level or gym experience are encouraged to join – no experience is necessary and every body type is welcome! The Small Print: A minor must have the permission of a parent or guardian before her membership is approved. This membership may be tax-deductible and subsidies are available based on need.

The Small Print: This rate is for a minimum of six months, all paid in advance. This membership is time-of-day specific, from noon-2pm Monday/Wednesday/Friday, although we are open to making exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
