While drop in and punch passes are available at The Circuit for Women, we are a membership-based establishment. We strive to be more than just a gym: it is our goal to be a health and fitness centre for women of all ages. Circuit Level 1: Designed for all fitness levels. A complete aerobic, plus total-body resistance training program that allows each woman to progress at her own pace. 30 minute workout, 3 times a week for toning and weight loss.
Circuit Level 2: Burn more calories, elevate your metabolism and build on the skills you’ve learned in Level 1. This 30-minute series of high-intensity intervals is a combination of exercises performed on our hydraulic strength equipment and functional exercises completed in between machines.

As we age our exercise regime can change and often traditional exercise simply cannot be done due to declining health or mobility. Our custom Circuit workout program is the perfect solution for seniors looking to safely and effectively exercise and get cardio, functional strength, and joint range-of-motion benefits.

When you don’t have time for a regular workout Accelerated Training allows you to reap all the benefits with ease and in just a fraction of the time.Vibration training is a relatively recent innovation that is currently being used both for rehabilitation purposes and by elite athletes to fine tune their conditioning. Whole body vibration involves standing or exercising on a vibrating platform. Benefits include increased circulation, muscle strength, and flexibility; better range of motion; core conditioning and stability; and faster muscle recovery after working out. Health benefits also include enhanced metabolism, increased bone mineral density, reduction of the stress hormone cortisol, elevation of human growth hormone levels, and improved lymphatic flow. Whole-body vibration is also said to reduce cellulite and stimulate collagen production for smoother skin.
Unlike traditional saunas which operate at extremely harsh temperatures, infrared is a gentle, soothing and therapeutic heat that promotes relaxation and improved sleep.
Infrared Sauna benefits Include:
Detoxification – Sweating is good for you. It is the body’s safe and natural way to heal and stay healthy. Detoxification happens by heating the body directly, causing a rise in core temperature. This results in a deep, detoxifying sweat at the cellular level, where toxins reside.
Weight Loss – Studies have shown that benefits of an infrared sauna session can burn upwards of 600 calories while you relax! As the body works to cool itself, there is a substantial increase in heart rate, cardiac output and metabolic rate, causing the body to burn more calories.
